Your body has resources.
Nutrients. Hormones. Enzymes. Stored energy. Repair mechanisms. An astonishing number of systems designed to keep you alive, adapting, and functioning.
But having the resources and knowing what to do with them are two very different things.
So what tells the body when to use what it has?
What tells one pathway to turn on, another to quiet down, something to be repaired, released, stored, converted—or conserved?
In today’s episode of The Signals Room, we’re looking beyond the question of whether the body has what it needs and asking something I think is far more interesting:
Does it have the instructions?
Because sometimes the missing piece may not be another resource.
It may be the signal that tells the body what to do with the resources already there.
If this made you think…
There’s a good chance someone else needs to hear it, too.
Restack this episode and help me get these conversations beyond the people who already know where to find them.
Sometimes one question is all it takes to change the way someone thinks about their body.
