The Silent Killer.. Lack of sleep

This was a subject that was quite eye-opening for me. I gained a great lot of knowledge about sleep and what happens to our bodies when we do not obtain the recommended 7 to 8 hours of sleep every night. I felt it was critical to spread this information to as many people as possible. We are constantly reminded that we need sleep, but we rationalize that we will receive enough after we are dead. Apparently, if we don't get the recommended amount of sleep, we might be silently killing ourselves, according to what I discovered. Hopefully, it won't put you to sleep. ha Just kidding let's hope this info actually does.
