With the overwhelming positive response to this podcast, we wanted to take a minute and answer some questions from listeners. This podcast is a good listen for multiple reasons.
1) you will get to understand how we go about solving problems. Problem solving is the number one job of a good coach. How can I make sense of an issue? How can I help fix the issue? If you can't identify a problem, you're probably not making progress!
2) you will get to hear a more holistic approach to common health issues. ie: skin irritations and joint inflammation management. It's a heck of a lot better that popping a NSAID and calling it a day. What's causing the issue? How can we fix the issue?
3) you will get an understanding about how we "think." Sometimes we get stuck in a rut thinking about exercise and dropping pounds. This happens with everyone. And when a roadblock comes up, we tend to try fixing the symptom and press on but fail to address the cause. This leads to more complicated issues later. It helps to remove ourselves from the box we always think in and expose ourselves to a more dynamic variation of thinking.
