It's been a while but there's been soo much going on and i'll fill you in on this episode. Here's a quick update on what God has been doing in my family! it's been wonderfully busy and almost exhausting lol 

JD, Braheem and myself chat about the Metaverse. The pros and cons about the virtual world and how its a trap for those who may invest so much time and energy, they learn to dislike the real world.

Manny retires from Boxing after losing to Ugas to a Unanimous Decision. It was 12 hard fought rounds but if you know Manny, you know Him for his speed and footwork. two things you didn't see as much in this last bout.
