In many of the recent episodes I have been talking about feeling down and feeling stuck but after FOREVER I am finally starting to get out of it and in this episode I tell ya'll what I have been doing, and what you can do too!

Have you been feeling like everything that can go wrong is happening and you don't know what to know about life anymore? Well you're not the only one, lately I've been feeling stuck in every way possible and struggling to get out of it. On todays episode I describe some of the things I'm going through and what I've been doing to help.
