Neale started her career with Chase Manhattan Bank in 1972 as one of the First Female Executives she later became the President of the First Women's Bank and founder of the Children's Financial Network in 1989.  She has been the spokes person for Aetna, Coca Cola and Fidelity.  She has appeared as a financial expert on programs such as The Oprah Winfrey Show, Good Morning America, The Today Show and Fox news with Stuart Varney
