Rita is an actor and activist focusing her energies on portraying genuinely depth stories of black women as well as working in dismantling the oppressive system that is human & sex trafficking. This week is an all around call of action episode, I call out all men to admit to their personal transgressions to Black women and our LGBTQIA+ brothers and sisters. I challenge all men to change the paradigm of Black men being the first person to commit any type of trauma to those that we love most. This week's Send It On call to action is for men to contribute to the hashtag that is #blackmenadmit speaking to their oppressive mistakes or behavior. In addition to start to truly hold each other accountable for resolving and protecting our issues with the black people we have harmed. #AllBlackLivesMatter

This week I decided to be interactive about this particular topic. Inspired by a conversation I had with a good friend about modern dating standards. I had to compile more opinions on the topic through IG I asked three questions and got back a decent amount of responses from women of all walks of life. I break down my findings and give perspective to why the bar is sadly in hell and why its only necessary to be risen.
