What do you feel this topic means to you?

To submit or not to submit? Men and women have debated this subject for decades, and opinions vary depending on who you ask.  Some folks think that so-called traditional gender roles require women to be submissive,  while others believe that women should be equal in their relationships. The question then becomes, what does it mean to submit?  Well, today, we are dipping our toe into the controversial topic of submission and what it means to us, as opposed to what society tells us it is. 

Weight is a struggle for a lot of women, and we even fall into the narrative that it's okay to be "thick", especially when our men say they love us that way. But when is it enough? Are we really Fat and Fabulous? Or are we killing ourselves? In today's episode we get into our experience with our weight struggles, and the why behind it. 

As mothers, sisters, friends, grandmothers, business owners, (and every other wonderful things we do as women), we forget to look out for ourselves. We get lost in depression or wrapped in anxiety, and we suffer in silence. The mind is our greatest asset, and it's important to be kind and nurture our mental health. Today we are talking a little about our experiences and struggles with our mental health.
