Lizi Jackson is a bestselling author, multiple TEDx speaker and the founder of "Your Business. Upgraded." - where ambitious business owners turn when they’re ready for more.

Crafting and colour is Debbie's therapy and has helped her tremendously over the years with poor mental and at times physical health (she has MS) It’s also her way of keeping her brain active and agile. 

When crafting you use problem solving and special awareness. Cognitive skills that commonly people expect can only be keep limber with crossword puzzles and sudoku. You'll age well knowing that there is another way to keep the mind ticking over nicely!

Debbie loves to craft socially as she finds it's the perfect catalyst for conversation which as a self confessed introvert, she finds very helpful. It’s one of the reasons she started Make Space. To find her tribe and to help others find theirs. 

Make Space has given Debbie so much, financial freedom, purpose and escapism. She finds it a joy to share this with others and hopes to continue sharing her work and seeing where it takes her. Debbie founded Make Space in Chelmsford in 2022 having previously worked in the fashion industry in London.

Crafting is for everyone, we all stand to benefit from it so Debbie chooses simple accessible techniques for all to try. Debbie’s ‘Bead Bar’ is perhaps her most coverted of classes as it features a truly inspiring assortment of colourful beads collected over the past 20 years from far flung corners of the globe on Debbie’s previous travels. 

Creating affirmation bracelets using beads from the ‘Bead Bar’ is a beautiful mindful act of self care and has seen dozens of local crafters have a go at making bespoke jewellery with Make Space.

Tina is a mum of four beautiful children - one with Downs Syndrome. She is an author, positive birth advocate and home educator. More recently she became the founder of Simply Be - supporting teenagers, helping them to find and follow their dreams.

Tina was always a deep thinker, even as a child. School felt confining and she came away disillusioned with the education system. A love of travel opened her eyes to new perspectives, and she discovered that the world was a classroom in itself. Exploring new places gave her a sense of freedom and showed her how many different ways there were to live and learn.

An interview for a courier at EuroCamp went slightly awry when she discovered she'd been given the job as children’s courier – a job she had explained she'd be no good at!

She had no idea at the time but that job would change her life forever and lead her to a love of working with children. After she met her husband she became a childminder, expanding into two nurseries as their business grew.

Helping children learn, laugh, and grow gave her a sense of purpose and joy. Each day was an adventure, and she realised how much fulfillment came from nurturing young minds.

After seventeen years of running their lovely business they wanted to see what else life had in store for them and decided to sell up.

They had no idea that it would lead to buying a pub and opening it as a community hub/pub in 2023. It was an amazing adventure and they met so many wonderful people but they both became overwhelmed by the demands and realised they needed to take a step back to breathe, reflect, and find balance.

Taking time away from the pub gave her space to reflect on her true passions. She trained as a Mindvalley coach and discovered a new calling: helping others see their own power and potential. Through coaching, she found a wonderful community of learners and teachers, and she realized she could turn her love for helping people into a fulfilling career.

She wants everyone to know that you don’t have to settle — not for jobs, relationships, or lives that don’t light you up. You are allowed to dream bigger. You can claim your own path and take control of your story.

Stephanie studied Nutrition at university and then went to work for a major food producer. Then through twists and turns of her career path, ended up with a post graduate business degree and a marketing career.  

Her passion for food and nutrition never stopped and she kept up her professional knowledge and in her spare time went on numerous cookery courses.

She created How2EatWell when her children were small and focused on helping people in midlife improve their health.  Volunteering for the charity Diabetes UK she was heavily involved with type 2 diabetes prevention and her efforts were recognised with a reward for inspiring change.

Type 2 is common;y diagnosed in mid life at the same time women go throug menopause, so menopause became more and more of the discussion with clients and became more core to my work.  

She took a role at a menopause retreat as a nutritionist and never looked back.  Then in 2022 at the age of 53 she was diagnosed with breast cancer and as part of her treatment plan she had her ovaries removed, which put her in surgical menopause.  2 surgeries later and one left for a final reconstruction she is back to full health and loving helping other women because she really does understand what women are going through!

Debi Richens is a trauma recovery and reclamation coach, founder of The Relationship Phoenix®, and creator of the Courageous Gutsy Women™ movement. 

After persistent bullying from an employer, she took some time out to care for her partners mum, who had been newly diagnosed with Alzheimer's and mixed dementia. Whilst doing this, she had issues bra buying, and suddenly found herself setting up a business making bespoke bras, which she did for six years, until health issues forced her to stop.  

Alongside all of this, she was experiencing some very unpleasant post-divorce abuse, and after attending a large international seminar in London about Parental Alienation in the Family Court process, she learned to understand that I was experiencing deep grief.  

This led her to training as a Grief Coach, and this shifted the axis of her world enough to start to make huge changes in her own world about what she was experiencing being disconnected from her daughter and grandchildren.  

She added to her skill set, expanded her knowledge considerably and is involved in many different areas of conversation and charity around PA, and am passionate about creating change for children who are denied healthy familial relationships due to their parents relationships breaking down with each other, or, with their own parents. 

Drawing on decades of lived experience in family and parental alienation, particularly as a mother and grandmother, Debi supports women navigating estrangement, grief, and emotional trauma to come back to themselves. 

Her approach combines NLP, hypnotherapy, and deep spiritual insight to help women reclaim their voice, boundaries, and Sovereign Energy™, rising strong from their stories with clarity, courage, and compassion.

Jade Foster-Jarrett has been a children's entertainer for primary school aged children for 13 years. Based in Essex, she helps parents with all the entertainment so they don't have to worry. The more children that come along, the better the party!

Her story starts 20 years ago when she married a drug addict and had her first child.  Marrying a drug addict didn't have a happy ending and Jade eventually found herself in a women's refuge, whilst her son was on the Child Protection Register. 

Unfortunately her son's dad passed away - Jade was left homeless and a single mum. She had to start from scratch, literally building a new home and life.

A few years later, she remarried and had her second son. She set up her party business to give herself some independence and her kids a better life.  13 years later, she's now an established entertainer in Essex and has just begun working as a celebrant for weddings, celebrations and funerals.

Lauren Derrett is a multi-faceted entrepreneur. 

After leaving school at just 14 her long and varied career has seen her take on the roles from a hairdresser to a checkout assistant, a birth doula to  the founder of a 7 figure brand. All whilst navigating a breakdown of her first marriage, her second marriage ending in a conviction of assault and raising 4 kids.

After turning 50, a move to the beach and a heavy dose of burnout, Lauren decided she  wanted to simplify her life and so reinvented herself again.
