Hi, I’m Lisa your host and I would like to share a little bit about me and how I came up with the Six Cs of Effective Communication. From a young age I was fascinated by people – how they behave and communicate with each other. This fascination led me to study English and Psychology at University and then become an English Language Teacher travelling to several countries before settling in Singapore where I pivoted to corporate training, working with clients such as Singapore Airlines and Marina Bay Sands.
