The show starts with a few thoughts on what teams are playing well in the past few weeks and who is not. The Capitals, the Blues and the Islanders are all playing well and seem to have found what it takes to win this year, but the Wings and Kings are floundering.

They then discuss some milestones reached in the league this week, as well as some injuries and some thoughts on where Taylor Hall may end up next season.

The Coach has himself in some hot water again for some comments made on Coach's Corner last night - we give our take on what was said.

We end the show with some reviews of what happened in Detroit and Montreal this week as well as our pick for player of the week.

A great start to goal scoring in the NHL this week - 3 players scored 4 goals in a game, last season, there was a total of 4 for the entire year. That's an impressive start!

We start our show with a discussion of pimentos. I don't know how. We then get into Former London Knight Bo Horvat and his promotion to Team Captain of the Vancouver Canucks - congrats Bo!

We discuss how our teams performed this week - kind of inconsistent but very entertaining indeed!

We discuss how the injury train has been making it's way around the league again - there's already some tough injuries that teams have to deal with and for extended periods of time.

We end the show with our picks of players of the week - it's something you won't want to miss!

It's the start of the 2019/2020 NHL Season and there has been some great action and events that have happened! From stick throwing incidents to Superstar Captains getting into a fight, this start to the season has been exciting and entertaining!

We review the Top Shelf News of the week, along with some signings that have occurred and we take particular interest in the Montreal vs. Toronto game from Saturday night.

We end our show with a game of the always entertaining game "Yes Way, No Way" - we take a statement and try to prove our point - it's quite the entertaining discussion.
