The first volume of the Hip Hop Chronicles, featuring a local artist right out of the 5-1-8, Jayy So Wavyy!!

This episode totally changes the way you hear and feel the Vibez! From the brief history of the game to a little in-depth look at my favorite rapper, Big Pun -- this episode is the first of many. The interview went very smoothly, giving us a look into the artist behind the lyrical slaughterhouse you hear in the episode. Unlike any other rapper I have heard in a long time, Jayy is on his way to making BIG moves.. get on the wagon now, and support the movement.

With 518 Black Restaurant week upon us, this poem was written as an inspiration for those who find the love and traditions of our black roots.

I hope you enjoy the poem as much as I enjoyed bringing it to all of you.

Remember our community is a place where we all belong.

Peace & Blessings,

Vin Vin

This special edition episode of The Vibez w/Vin Vin brings with it two great additions. One in the form of our special guest, Jamila "Muffin" Adams, Owner and Operator of Johnnie's on Broadway in Albany, NY. It also brings with it a special guest host, in Gina Torres. Gina is the Owner and Operator of Get Local 518 and is crushing everything that she touches.

Listen in as we talk about a little of Muffin's background, and how she came to become the owner of Johnnies. We also discuss the very important first annual 518 Black Restaurant Week in the Capital Region.

I am with all the sh**ts so, tune in now and hop on the wave.

Peace & Blessings,

Deuces,

Vin Vin

We sit down for the second part of this great interview with Jess Nivens of Nanilee's Mental Health Awareness apparel, outreach and mentorship. It was a connection from the first time we met, and this Vibez session was really one for the ages. We both weren't afraid to speak our minds, and you can tell the level of comfort we had.

We speak about the business, mental health, being a bi-racial POC, as well as well as the state of our community and the future of them; our youth.

Such a blessing to have had the chance to sit down with her. I hope you have the same experience and feeling I did when I sat down with her. Be sure to listen to both parts I and II.

It has been a while, and I wanted to give everyone an update on how things in the world of the Vibez is going. Even though I was not making new episodes I was recording a lot of content, and in  this episode we speak with some unique and interesting people. I had a great time getting to know, Shana Pierro (@sellwithshana518) our real-estate expert and friend of the Vibez. We were also able to speak with special guest Gina Torres (@getlocal518), from episode two of season one. Her business, Get Local 518, LLC is not just about events, but is about making you a better, more successful, and prosperous person -- mind, body and soul.

I look forward to the journey with you all, welcome -- sit back, relax and enjoy the ride.
