Another plug for the booster from the QLD Health minister Yvette D'ATH

Queensland has reported seven COVID deaths and 15,122 new known infections on what is the state's deadliest day of the pandemic. Health Minister Yvette D'Ath offered her condolences to the families and friends of the deceased, who she described as elderly, and said none of those who died had received a booster vaccine. "If I can encourage Queenslanders out there to do anything today, that is get yourself a booster shot," she told reporters in Brisbane.

Just another day of fear mongering and telling half a story.

NSW Premier shocked by Hillsong footage

The New South Wales premier, Dominic Perrottet, says he was “incredibly disappointed” to see footage of young Hillsong parishioners dancing and singing to music and the church could be fined if found to have breached the state’s Covid public health order.

Photos and videos posted on Hillsong’s social media accounts over the past two days showed crowds of people singing without masks during services and dancing to pop music that was non-devotional. The camp, which is aimed at 15- to 17-year-olds, is due to finish on Saturday.

Hillsong spokesperson denied the event was essentially a music festival.

“These events are our annual high school-aged youth camps, and are not similar to a music festival in any way,” the spokesperson said.

“Outdoor Christian services are held during the camp but these are only a small part of the program … and any singing is only a small part of each service (a video circulating on social media today reflects a few minutes of this part of the program).”

When pressed on how large groups of young people dancing to songs such as Turn Down For What by DJ Snake and Lil Jon constituted a religious service, the Hillsong spokesperson did not respond.

After several years of atrocious headlines Hillsong needs to pay more attention to detail and more attention to perception.

And in my opinion, trying to pass a youth camp off as a Sunday Service type of event just does not cut it.

The Serbian President couldn't believe Immigration Minister Hawke revoked Djokovic's visa after it was reinstated by the judge. "They often preach to us about the rule of law," Vucic added. "You can imagine what it would look like if a minister in Serbia annulled court decisions, "They showed us what an independent judiciary looks like, but they also showed us what an irrelevant judiciary looks like, because all the power there is in the hands of the executive."

CDC Director Walensky fails to disclose how many deaths were 'from' COVID-19: 'Data will be forthcoming'

Critics demanded answers from CDC director Rochelle Walensky Sunday after she hedged on how many of the COVID-19-related deaths in the U.S. were directly due to the virus and how many were individuals who died with COVID-19 yet had underlying conditions.

"Do you know how many of the 836,000 deaths in the U.S. linked to COVID are from COVID or how many are with COVID, but they had other comorbidities? Do you have that breakdown?" Bret Baier asked Walensky on "Fox News Sunday."

More than 20 acts have boycotted this year's Sydney Festival because of the board's decision to accept a $20,000 donation from the Israeli embassy to stage a dance performance.

Liberal MP Dave Sharma says the acts boycotting the Sydney Festival have found themselves in “odd company” after Hamas released a statement in support of the boycott.

More than 30 acts have distanced themselves from Sydney Festival in response to an organised boycott campaign, protesting the festival’s decision to accept $20,000 in funding from Israel’s Australian embassy to support Sydney Dance Company’s production of Decadance, by Israeli choreographer Ohad Naharin.

NT Government has introduced the most draconian restrictions for unvaccinated Australians, and no one seems to think this is wrong. 

I believe the Bible has told us where our society is going in the very near future, and these measures are a part of conditioning our society to accept that which is described in Revelation 13

16 He causes all, both small and great, rich and poor, free and slave, to receive a mark on their right hand or on their foreheads, 17 and that no one may buy or sell except one who has [g]the mark or the name of the beast, or the number of his name.

18 Here is wisdom. Let him who has understanding calculate the number of the beast, for it is the number of a man: His number is 666.

This is just my opinion, that we are hurtling toward this time and it will be here sooner than people realise.
