Izzy is back from Italy and in this episode we are going to talk about the slow food movement which originated in Rome. This movement is about so much more than just the food we eat, it about how we grow the food, and the practices that surround it. We are even going to share some ways that you can live your life more slow food. Izzy also talks about some of her adventures abroad and what some of the biggest differences were between food in Italy and food here in the United States.
