Every now and again you just have to have a freestyle night!! This week, The one and only all around best MO is back in the lounge with us.  Catching us up on a previous episode we recorded with her but we needed to redo with the new equipment!!! Mo is going to have a big part of the success of The Small Town Ruckus and we appreciate her!! Enjoy a freestyle somewhat explicit episode. As we always say were definitely authentic!

Soda Springs football team breaks years-long losing streak with win on the road against Firth

This was the headline story that brought the idea for the topic of this podcast.  We set down with already/new present head coach Aaron Hobbs and Corey Harrison.  Listen in as we break down the recent win and the future of this season with the SSHS Cardinal Football.  We sure loved having these guys in the podcast lounge!!!! 

In this episode we welcome you back to the lounge with some special guests.   Krew and Becky Hemmert were able to stop by with some updates on local Pediatric Cancer awareness events.  It was so fun to have another warrior in the lounge and Krew has a great message from what's been going on in the life of Krew Hemmert over the last few months!!! Thanks for coming by Krew and Becky!!!!

The Lounge is a little different in this episode.  When they say the similarity between authentic and genuine it brings to mind the topic of this weeks podcast.  We take a deep dive into suicide and Mental Health Awareness with it being the recognized month.  For episode we were able to welcome Caribou Medical Center's Social worker Ashley Wright.  We also have in the lounge with us, Shena Smith with the News Examiner/Idaho state journal. This weeks episode i feel is one that people have been wanting to see for a few weeks now. The news is out and its been shared from Idaho State Journal to East Idaho News.  The Caribou County Sheriffs Office and the Coroner found themselves in an interesting situation on the blackfoot river awhile back........
