* Modern affirmations that use “I am” and “I have” statements only go so far.

* New, better affirmations use “What if I?” and “How am I?” statements give your mind better answers.

* This allows better-feeling thoughts, better-feeling feelings, and better-feeling manifestations.

When it comes to building your next decade, you can’t afford burnout.

You need to build your business from a loving, sustainable place.

And building from a vibration of of nourishment, trust, and overflow is sustainable.

I designed this 10-minute, loving, “How am I?” affirmation meditation to:

* Give you the words of affirmation your Inner Child needs (no other affirmation meditation on Youtube I’ve seen does this)
