I try to take as much as I can from every experience, regardless of how good or bad it was. This past weekend I got sick out of nowhere and it really put a damper on my weekend. No I don't think it was COVID in fact, it may have been a delayed side effect from the second dose of the vaccine I received. Anyway, I barely get sick and for whatever reason it has inspired me to get in better shape. Get after ladies and gents.

We are constantly bombarded with so much information that it can be difficult to define what is true. Speaking with healthcare professional and professor at Johnson and Wales University, Ashley Hughes, really helped clear up some of my Coronavirus questions and skepticisms. Huge thanks to Ross 'Turbo' Levine for coming on the show. This man is a force to be reckoned with. He began his career honing his initial craft, sport karate, and in the process, achieving world class success. Upon switching to a full contact sport, he has received GLORY Kickboxing's KO of The Year (2019) as well as, a phenomenal win in the Karate Combat pit.
