Brandon and Raina are back, and things are just getting interesting with our friends in the greatest city on earth: Pawnee, Indianna. Leslie Knope's mom, Marlene, gets a special honor from the city of Pawnee, but their political schemes send things spiraling out of control. Leslie sees that maybe she's not cut out for the type of moves her mom says are needed to get things done! Also, hilarity ensues as Anne Perkins attends the event as Leslie's "date" and the misunderstanding is mined for plenty of comedy.
