We are thrilled to introduce you to Jordan Gill, head Honcho of Systems Saved Me, and creator of Done in a Day ™ and your new (very organized) new best friend.
Over the past four years she has built a multi-six figure business helping doers, service providers and CEOs (just like you) get clear and organized in their business to scale their income, take back their time, and create the services, sales, and lives they want.
We start chatting about VIP DAYS. What is a VIP Day? It’s a four-figure offering that last anywhere from three to eight hours that lead a client through a transformation. It is not a strategy session. Not a Q&A. And not a “pink my brain” kind of session. This is all about transformation. Jordan shares what this looks like and the value in hosting a VIP Day for your clients and audience.
Of course, Jordan offers her VIP Days and offers this opportunity to her audience. So how does one “pitch” an offering? Jordan offers some great advice to help you craft a great pitch that connects and resonates with the ideal customer. Hint? It’s about getting the vibe of that person. It helps with connection and understanding.
What often comes after you pitch? Well, rejection and or opposition. And Jordan was right on the mark as she mentions her strategy that she keeps an objection response handy to take the reins to any objections when speaking with potential customers.
If you’re looking for new and unique ways to sell your services and connect with your customers, a VIP Day may be just right for you.

We are in a very celebratory mood because it is the one year anniversary for our online course and community, Instagram For Business! In this episode, we’re sharing some of the things we learned in launching an online course and membership and offer some advice in case you yourself are considering launching something similar!
Back in June 2020, we had 30 entrepreneurs join as founding members. They took a chance on us and we cannot believe how far we, and THEY, have come.
Since our launch, ten of our founding members upgraded their membership and joined for our annual Mastermind program and it has been so rewarding seeing their success along the way.
In this episode we chat about what it has been like to run a membership and create a course.
All of the ups and downs, and what we have learned.
To start, we share about our initial launch. We mean, how hard could it be, right? Not to discourage you but in all honesty… it was a lot of work. We wanted to ensure that we were bringing the most value we could and to make it create and seamless. Of course, like anything new, we made mistakes but we were so committed in getting if off and running. Our advice, just get started!
We also touch base on how we marketed and welcomed in our founding members. And one of the tools we used was an opt-in. In addition to free content shared on our Instagram @thesocial.focus and on this podcast, we also knew the value in taking that audience to the next place. What place is that? Our email list. By offering a freebie (the opt-in) we were able to than speak, educate and nourish an audience that knew, liked and trusted us. As we always say, “serve, serve, serve… then sell.”
So what was waiting for our members when they purchased? A full online course with four modules and 18 lessons. We set this up to be self-paced and jam-packed with value with proven strategies. And even though we loaded it with bonus material (monthly bonuses to keep everyone up-to-date with all of Instagram’s new features) as well as “done-for-you” content like styled stock images as well as content ideas… we knew that there was one piece of the puzzle we knew we needed. And that was a community. By offering a community aspect, we are better able to connect, support, cheer on our members and keep everyone up to date. We do this by offering two monthly Q&A Coaching Calls, a private Facebook community and with our Mastermind Package, a full day Mastermind event and 1:1 coaching.
You can always find us hanging out on Instagram @thesocial.focus

And lastly, a BIG shout out to our founding members who are still just as committed as the day they joined:

This episode, we are chatting about some of the mistakes we were previously making in our business in hopes to encourage and inspire you not to make the same mistakes!
Most people in business, especially solopreneurs, feel alone in their business.
Check this out:
20% of business owners close their doors after one year. And 30% after two years. And the number one reason is because they were trying to do everything on their own. Because it feels lonely, or there’s no sounding board, or place for feedback.
We have both felt this way in our solo businesses.
And often, this place of loneliness, and overwhelm, is where most people throw in the towel.
But if you’re tuning in, that means you are the few that keep going. You’re the person that knows that turning on a podcast about business is going to help you grow, instead of turning on the tv watching other people live their dreams.
But what’s interesting is that without feedback, and going it alone, this is where businesses suffer and stop growing. They don’t know which way to go. They don’t know what to do next. They read a blog. They take the free webinar. And guys, these helped us! We learned. But success doesn’t come to those who stop learning. Success is gifted to those who continue learning, and changing..... which yes, it can be scary. Until it’s not scary..... because you’ve hit your goal.
But do you want to know what finally made the biggest difference in our business? Well then, Let’s jump into it. This episode we share our own experience in investing in our business growth. Whether it be through an online community a mastermind, a business coach or training; all of these investments have allowed us to advance in our business and reach goals faster.

Money money money, must be funny... In this episode, Nat and Ang are joined with special guest, Financial Advisor, Paula Wilimek. The ladies chat about money mindset, your money story and how it shapes your perception of your self worth.
Here's a glimpse at some of the questions they cover:
Why do you think some people have money issues?
Paula shares the reality that none of us have a financial literacy background, which is why people have pulled their money beliefs from their family experience.
She remarks that shame around money is learned and that we are ill-equipped as adults because of the lack of financial literacy training. And instead of asking for help, we feel the need to shame ourselves.
“Your money story doesn’t go away… you have different versions or it evolves.”
What is your take on business owners that are playing small?
Nat asks if she feels that it is based on fear or scarcity? Paula agrees that yes, scarcity and fear come into play and that as business owners, we are forced to handle “all of our stuff.”
Nat shares a quote from the book, You Are a Bad Ass at Making Money by Jen Sincero, “rich is able to afford all things and experiences required to fully experience your most authentic life while the amount of money you will need will depend…”
What are your thoughts on entrepreneurs investing in their business (financially)?
Paula reminds us that the investment is always there. There are (and will always) be opportunities to invest in growth as the landscape of business is constantly changing. She shares her experience in investing in workshops and courses, including Nat’s Social Media Content Workshop. She remarks that even just the landscape of social media has opened up opportunities to learn and grow and how important social media is to our business.
Shame, guilt, self-worth, your value and money story are all the topics the ladies discuss. Everyone has a money story. What's yours?
Looking for a financial mindset boost? Paula offers fantastic affirmation cards which you can buy here as well as her online workshop details.

We know how valuable your time is and that’s very much what our episode is about… ways to maximize your time with strategies for more efficiency.
We’re going to share five of our best suggestions that we’ve used to help us stay on track and get shit done when it comes to using Instagram for our business.
#1 - Batch. Batching is an incredible tool and we’ve talked about this a lot. A great way to get started is to set aside an hour. Just one hour. (In fact, we suggest setting a timer on your phone for this) and start crafting out ideas for posts, captions, gathering images or creating Canva designs for Instagram posts. Choose one task and dedicate and hour to it.
#2. - Schedule your posts. Whether you choose to use a scheduling app (we like Planoly and have a paid version to keep us on track) or you want to manually add to your calendar with alerts; this is a great way to show up consistently on Instagram.
#3 - Use a timer. You can set a timer within Instagram that notifies you when you’ve reached your limit. It’s a great way to allot yourself a limited amount of time to complete your goals on instagram - which hopefully leads to less scrolling and more purposeful use of your time.
#4 - Find your imagery. Instagram is a visual platform and the photo is the FIRST thing your audience sees. Batch out some time to gather imagery. This could be taking some time to set up and shoot your own, source some stock imagery or go through the albums on your phone and find images that could work.
#5 - Stop the scroll - we HAD to sneak this in here! Mindless scrolling is a big waste of time on Instagram. This is why using a timer can help keeping you on track when spending time on the app. A few suggestions that can help you stay on track is to have a goal when you open the app.
