It was my absolute pleasure to have Amanda Wonderland, a clinical EFT practitioner on my podcast this week. Her story on how she changed her narrative will definitely inspire you as it has inspired me. Starting as a flight attendant, she felt a deep calling to pursue something powerful in her life and made the change to become a “Emotional Freedom Technique” practitioner. She also incorporates yoga into her sessions. Her story is one of courage and determination and it was a transformative conversation to say the least.

On this episode I bring everything full circle. The aftermath of everything that happened was a challenge to step into but the rebuilding was where the magic was. Follow along as I re-create my narrative as it aligns with my goals and purpose.
