Identity work is about reweaving ourselves into aligning with an expression of identity that truly resonates for us, for our values, for what's important to us, and for how we want to be in the world. It’s about reweaving ourselves in a way that truly facilitates the expression and the experience of having more pleasure and joy in life.
In the previous episode, I shared more about the identity work that I’ve had to do within myself to shift in my leadership, and ultimately, to shift in my business. Now, we’re diving into more a how-to perspective on what it means to shift identity. We’ll explore why identity work is crucial for your leadership and your business growth, and how it helps to actualize the highest level of potential within YOU as a leader, entrepreneur, creator, or healer.

Episode 40: The Power of Receiving
Are you a busy entrepreneur focused on creating and doing in your business? A mom? An empath? A healer or helper? A caretaker? Does it feel difficult for you to receive from others? For you to give to yourself? This episode is for you.
We deeply underestimate the power of receiving. Receiving has the power to both heal us and to create the container that allows us to achieve all that we desire in our life and business. The things that prevent us from receiving in our day to day life, whether it be from others or from ourselves, are the exact things that block our ability to receive more money, more clients, more love, more of whatever it is that we are yearning for.
In this episode we explore:
-the blocks that most people have to receiving and how to overcome them
-why the energy of receiving is equally (if not more!) important than the energy of doing
-how receiving nourishes the quality of trust with the Universe and within ourselves
-the role of shame in healing our relationship with receiving
And so much more!

Episode 39: Dismantling The Nice Girl Paradigm
Do you shy away from saying "yes" when you want to say "yes"? Is it a struggle to say "no"? Are you afraid to show certain parts of yourself to others because you're sure you're going to be judged and called out for being wrong in some way? Do you take care of everyone else before you even think about taking care of yourself?
Then this is the episode for you.
The "nice girl" paradigm is deeply embedded within our society, family, and ancestry, where speaking and being who you *really* are often had an still has dangerous consequences, depending on your identities and where you live in the world.
It's how women have been kept in line. It's how they've been silenced. It's often the paradigm that keeps most womxn away from truly embodying and stepping into their power.
In this episode we explore:
-where the 'nice girl' paradigm comes from
-the unconscious ways it shows up in your life and business
-how you can start to dismantle the re-wire out of this paradigm
-the difference between being nice and being kind and why it matters
and so much more!

Episode 38: The Purpose of Procrastination
We tend to have a negative connotation with procrastination. There's a lot of blame, inner criticism and sense of failure that comes up for most leaders when they experience procrastination in their work or life. The personal development industry also tends to frame procrastination as a toxic behavior that you need to push or force yourself out of in order to meet your goals and step into your vision.
While procrastination is a behavior that can certainly inhibit you from taking aligned action in your life and business, there's so much more to it than that. Instead of considering procrastination as an inhibitor, what would happen if you considered it as a cue to go deeper? Procrastination has many faces, and while it can certainly be indicative of a fear or "mindset block" as it relates to your work, it actually might be trying to communicate something much different to you, and it's only through understanding what procrastination looks like for us, can we start to use it as our alley, rather than our enemy.
In this episode we explore:
-how procrastination can help you work through energetic blocks
-the 4 things procrastination might be communicating to you
-why making procrastination "bad" actually continues the behavior in a way that doesn't serve you
-how procrastination is actually a really important part of how you create
and so much more!!

Episode 37: Expanding and Healing Through Playfulness
It's hard for us to receive and to heal when we are in a space of trying to control the outcome. In this episode, we explore the energy of playfulness, and how it helps us to shift and open our energy for expansion and transformation to take place.
Most of us might intellectually understand that play is important to invite into our lives, and yet most of us still struggle to integrate this beautiful and powerful energy.
In this episode we dive into:
-the interconnection between play, joy and flow and how this ignites your business and life
-common barriers to feeling safe to access states of play and how to work with these parts of you
-how shame shows up as it relates to play and what to do about it
-how play and curiosity work together to get you unstuck
and so much more!!

Episode 36: Unraveling The Inner Perfectionist
Do you call yourself a perfectionist? Does it feel like the perfectionist oftentimes gets "in the way" of you taking action, or you constantly feel like you need to be better and do better?
The inner perfectionist can often convince you that it's not time, that you're not ready, that who you are, and what you are creating is not good enough, and this can lead folxs into a spiral of self-doubt, questioning their intuition, staying stuck in a pattern of inaction, or sinking into a space of feeling unworthy.
In this episode, we dive into how you can start to work with the inner perfectionist to create more space for you to simply be where you are, taking imperfect action, in acceptance of all of the mess that is inherent and needed for our growth and expansion.
We explore:
-how the inner perfectionist is trying to protect you and from what
-questions that you can ask the perfectionist that will help to illuminate its role in your life
-where the perfectionist comes from, and the fears that it has
-the relationship between perfectionism and control and how it's keeping you from receiving
and so much more!
