Darwinism is filled with many fantastical, magical assertions, all of which are wildly devoid of logic.

While there is no intelligence in any of the activities that require Natural Selection, everything ends up being wonderfully benevolent to the organism. Only in Darwinism can organs, processes all develop to such perfection that our best and brightest seek to emulate them, while being completely devoid of intelligence.

Only in Darwinism will one find that the senses developed because the senses deemed themselves necessary as a result of stimuli in nature, the acuity of the vision of an eagle developed not due to any action on the part of the eagle but due to the eye somehow choosing to develop “over time” to suit the need of the eagle, similarly the organs that dispense chemicals for scent marking, those that produced the chemicals used to scent mark as well as the sensory organs to decipher the scents all developed on their own accord because they somehow decided to be benevolent to all animals that use scent marking!

In Darwinism, the three prerequisites for developing a sensory system (1. understanding the stimuli, 2. finding materials that respond predictably to the stimuli and 3. wiring to processing and response systems) do not exist, sensory capabilities appear and develop benevolently within plants and animals based on the organism proximity to the stimuli, with absolutely no action on the part of the organism, it appears that both the sensory capabilities as well as every organ and process within living organisms each developed specialization independently of each other and at some point “decided” to engage in collaboration and division of labor for the benefit of the organism.

Because there is no consciousness or intelligence in the design of any living organism, the development of all organs, from the heart, brain, liver etc. are all independent processes, their location and any collaboration for the well-being of the organism is almost coincidental yet perfect.

As a result of the very firm disassociation from logic and intelligence, in order to achieve the perfection that can be observed in Nature, anything that seems illogical is now “normal” and attributable to Nature and “over time”.

Here are a few examples that depend on the magic of Darwinism but are impossible with logic and intelligence…

Logic: all mammals suckle their young, the very first mammal must have complete system to suckle their young or face extinction. Darwinism: mammary glands magically decided to transform from sweat glands “over time”!

Logic: Animals that developed in a hard egg must have been equipped with an egg-tooth or many would have gone extinct. Darwinism: the egg-tooth magically decided to appear to aid these animals “over time”.

Logic: Parent animals that undergo metamorphosis must “know” and be equipped to place their eggs in an environment that supports their young (correct medium/victim host/plant) or go extinct. Darwinism: Even though the environment for the young may be totally foreign to the parent, magically it happened (over time?).

Logic: All the conscious activities (e.g. hyperphagia) and the control of the autonomic functions had to be “perfectly programmed” the very first time of hibernation or death from starvation or exposure would result in extinction. Darwinism: Some animals chose to hibernate for the magically short winters and their autonomic systems magically adapted to life sustaining modes over time as the earth/sun relationship and movements apparently enabled winters to gradually elongate from weeks to months “over time”!

Nature and our expanding knowledge are purposefully defying the assertions of Darwinism. One of the unfortunate assertions prevalent with proponents of Darwinism is that anthropomorphism is simply a fabrication of humans to attempt to use paradigms that are familiar to our cultures and civilization to explain the behaviors that can be observed in Nature but these behaviors do not really exist in the “lower” animals. This is unfortunate because like the widespread use of “over time” or “Mother Nature”, this denial of what can be observed by anyone regardless of their educational level or depth of relationship with plants and animals in Nature seems very much like cult-like assertions of “do not believe what you see but what I say”.

One does not have to spend extended time in Nature or achieve any level of education to recognize, caring, sharing, nurturing, communicating, acquiring and defending territories, and even service to others that mirror and even surpass that of many human communities, as such anthropomorphism is a characteristic of many plants and animals and extends to many of the interspecies symbiotic relationships in Nature.

No one asserts that any element in the Periodic Table "evolves" from or is derived from any another, the principle of reusability is applied using the same subatomic particles to create the diversity of elements with absolutely no random nanoparticles or random forces.

In every ecosystem in Nature today, we can recognize a vast diversity of species many of which are said to have been around from vast archaeological periods, existing today side by side with other organisms that are said to be of more "recent" origin while both have been subjected to the same environmental conditions that caused the evolution of one while the other seemingly defined the forces that are said to be responsible for changes in others around them, this can be observed in both aquatic and terrestrial ecosystems.

Every ecosystem fully implements the principle of reusability, this is often referred to as the cycle of life, where every living organism has the sun's energy at the base of its nutritional needs. From plankton and plants, all organisms are fed either directly or indirectly, reusability continues whenever any organism meets it demise, so that all the basic elements are basically recycled by organisms whose sensory and digestive systems are evidently designed to ensure complete reusability within their ecosystem.

Viewed holistically, the elements that comprise every ecosystem demonstrate sophisticated intelligence and purpose that comprehensively refutes any association with random or the need for Natural Selection that is the cornerstone of Darwinism.

The insistence in Darwinism that the evolution of all life forms has no intelligent or logical foundation or intelligent drivers for any development is now the Achilles heel that leads to its eventual abandonment (in spite of now asserting that coevolution is somehow related to random mutation and Natural Selection as well as Darwin predicted certain activities, somehow even associating predictability with random!), this is because not only are there no “missing links” which based on the primary assertions should actually outnumber all the “perfect mutants” in Nature, it also flies in the face of the prevalence of intelligent systems within every organism as well as the perfectly matching intrinsic intelligence (instincts) that directs the activities of every plant and animal.

The obvious intrinsic intelligence that directs the male and female splash tetras to communicate and synchronize repeated leaping out of water and using their specially designed attributes to attach to leaves, then depositing the next generation in an environment that is safe from being viewed as stationary fish food for other inhabitants of their aquatic home, and the intelligence that directs the parent to keep the fertilized eggs moist until the eggs produce the next generation so that they have a better chance of survival, shows the type of “programming” that is so advanced, that it serves to completely refute any notion of “random” as well as a massive sign to any who are open minded of purposeful design with intelligence and benevolence for a specific specie.

As with the sensory system and intelligence, what is on display with this remarkable activity is just the proof of superbly elegant and purposeful design implemented to enable the activities demonstrated.

One of the biggest errors by omission is accounting for the development of the sensory system, we have radio waves around us all the time but without the knowledge and ability to build a receiver, we are completely ignorant of all the data that may be contained, similarly every sensor (sound, light, temperature, chemical, magnetic) that are part of every organism, requires an intelligent agent to construct the sensors and wire them to a response system as the sensors only detect and monitor the variety of stimuli – the complete knowledge of all the various stimuli, the ability to find materials that respond predictably and constructing a system wired to a “response system” are all prerequisites that demonstrate the “builder” required knowledge and intelligence that far surpasses all our technologies.

The recent discovery that flowers and bees symbiotic relationship entails the changing of electrostatic charges with the bees maintaining their electrostatic charge while flowers modify the state of their opposing (and thus attractant) charge based on whether they have nectar or not, so that once in close proximity to the flower the bee does not have to land and check but is notified based on the existence of the opposite charge is such a beautiful, purposeful and intelligently designed signaling system which demonstrates the sophisticated “programming” that is embedded in both plants and animals that it demolishes any assertions of random or denial of intelligence in the design and implementation of this symbiotic relationship that is essential to the life of many species that depend on the pollination of flowers.

In spite of the tenacity, dedication and the years of research of Sir Charles Darwin that led to the publication of his great work in 1859, the unraveling of his assertions actually started 10 years later in 1869 by the Swiss chemist Friedrich Miescher who isolated “nuclein” (later known as DNA) and the Russian chemist Dmitri Mendeleev who identified the relationships between the elements in The Periodic Table.

Whereas Darwinism asserts that life is the product of random mutations that requires Natural Selection to produce the spectrum of life that can be observed in Nature, the revelation of The Periodic Table of Elements and the discovery of nuclein/DNA actually demonstrates RE-USABILITY: protons, neutrons and electrons in every element, nuclein/DNA in every life form, so ten years after Darwin’s publication, the true foundation of building blocks of Life were revealed but likely due to anti-Creation fervor, we were set on a course of random mutations and Natural Selection that is unsustainable due to the many gaps that cause “no one quite understands how/why” and the current recognition of the prevalence of sophisticated, specialized intelligence within every organism that could NEVER be the product of random happenstance.

Because of the lack of current or archaeological evidence there had been a not so subtle shift from asserting random mutation to attributing the very organized, almost predictable mutations that are all relatable to Intelligent Adaptation to be the result of Natural Selection, even when there is absolutely no proof whatsoever of any “defective” mutants that require Natural Selection.

Meanwhile, the advances that resulted from the work of Dmitri Mendeleev has resulted in advances in materials and technologies (including medicine) that leads us into the age of Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Robotics that adds two domains to finally dispel the assertions of the Darwinian model.

Through our advances, it can be stated that all physical life forms, regardless of where they may be found in the universe, will be the combination of three “domains” that are seamlessly integrated to enable the autonomy that we can observe as a live organism. Every organism regardless of their physical makeup anywhere in the universe, will have a sensory system and an integrated system of logic that constantly monitors their sensory system and directs their activities.

Darwinism unfortunately was built on the observation of the physical forms and the resulting adaptation to challenges in their environments, however it does not adequately, logically account for the origination of the ESSENTIAL SENSORY SYSTEM or the INTELLIGENCE SYSTEM which monitors the sensory system and is even responsible for the Intelligent Adaptation of the physical organism.

Nature is therefore the most powerful and yet problematic character in Darwinism because Nature appears to wield godlike abilities over all living organisms and inert objects including the power to engineer both synergistic and adversarial relationships.

Every specie has specifically designed organs, processes and intrinsic intelligence (instincts) that distinguish them from every other, this is always attributed to being “gifts” from Nature.under closer examinations would have been the largest cause of the extinction of species.

“Over time” is one of the favorite expressions of Darwinism, however every specie placed at the “gaps” and dependent on essential attributes or capabilities would have gone extinct while “waiting” for these to essential organs/processes/intelligence to be granted/generated “over time”. example: without fully developed mammary glands, it is inconceivable how the first generation of mammals could have fed their offspring and thus not gone extinct!

As with the HAM dilemma, reproduction, digestion etc., and even immunity is required to be perfect at first implementation.

The entire assertion of evolution by means of natural selection was evidently conceived and developed by Charles Darwin and others who must not have been themselves designers and builders

There are principles that everyone who designs and builds systems are aware of, much of which is reflected in the saying "don't reinvent the wheel", this is the principle of reusability, every designer builds reusable components and assembles new products from these components.

Designers also will also engineers aspects of interoperability, but significantly intelligent designers will also have a very well defined scope to every product, this scope is the limit or fixed boundary both for the extensibility and function of their products.

As noted throughout this podcast, the proliferation of common components like those used in the sensory systems of all plants and animals as well as the common repository of the genetic makeup (DNA) of every living organism, these are all proof of the extraordinary sophistication of the Designer.

There is quite a measure of interoperability as we have learnt due to our exploration of medical transplants! There is also a very well defined scope of evolution of every plant and animal, so that while all life forms can have ESIS directed modifications to ensure that they can thrive and proliferate, the notion that through random mutations plants and animals transform "over time" into members of a hierarchical evolutionary tree, which infers that there are not well defined boundaries between species is rendered erroneous by the numerous "adjacent" members of this supposed evolutionary tree that even with the "closeness" based on genetic makeup, that simply maintain their distinct scope boundaries. One commonly known example is the "closeness" of humans and chimpanzees and other great apes that completely resist all attempts at cross breeding that have been tried by researchers of questionable moral fiber down through time.

Scope can also be recognized by the total absence of any "missing links" in the archaeological record or anywhere currently in Nature.

Applying their logic, if "dropped" into our current civilization, these evolutionist would have us all learning that sport cars evolved through random mutation and natural selection from lawn movers!

The "HAM Dilemma" debunks the flawed assertion by naturalists and scientists that all organisms and their amazing Intrinsic Intelligence (II) which we also refer as their instincts are the product of random/spontaneous development "over time".

We may recognize the Artificial intelligence (AI) that we can embed into our machines to enable autonomous functioning may be the greatest of all our creations, similarly we must recognize the the Intrinsic Intelligence (II) that was embedded into all living organisms may be the greatest innovation of The Creator.

Naturalists and scientists all claim that the II that we call instincts that is embedded in all plants and animals, the intelligence that enables plants and animals to amaze us with the sophistication of their intelligence (think ants, bees etc. or birds building specialized nests etc.) are all the product of random/spontaneous/intelligence building these highly specific and detailed intelligence systems (???) "over time" and to emphasize they'll say "billions and billions" of years, never mind no animal lives more than a number of years and have NO WRITTEN or other tradition to pass on their "needs" or "desires" so that they somehow be imprinted in their DNA and intelligence that is somehow passed to the next generation!

If plants or animals could influence their genetic makeup, humans would certainly have cat-like night vision as this would have been an asset from the very first human both for protection from predators and enable us to be better hunters etc.

As we embark of building AI systems, we are now aware of the investment of resources (people, electricity, learning etc.) that is required to build systems that limit the hallucinations and other shortcomings or current systems, this requires the coordinated, focused and targeted efforts, something that random/spontaneous could hardly replicate in spite of the insistence of those who continue to insist that the sophistication of life must be the product of now non existent random/spontaneous relics in any living organism.

There are however three examples of systems that entail both the physical organism as well as the II that defies all this flawed insistence of "billions and billions of years" being responsible for what we all can observe in Nature, they are what we can call the "HAM dilemma"; the occurrence of Hibernation, Aestivation and Metamorphosis ("HAM").

HAM requires a combination of physical and embedded II to be perfect the very first time!

The first plant or animal that hibernates, aestivates or undergoes metamorphosis requires PERFECT physiology and all the associated synchronized chemical processes etc. much of which we understand today as well as what we will discover in the future (in spite of our thinking that our current scientists know everything!), the II that directed the first bear to seek to add mass, or for the first butterfly to "know" on which plants to lay eggs which becomes sustenance for their offspring, as well as directing the processes that maintain life in the slowed down or suspended animation phase for the aestivating frog, the hibernating bear or hibernating plants ALL HAD TO BE PERFECT AT FIST IMPLEMENTATION or extinction would have been the result.

HAM equipped plants and animals do not live "billions and billions of years" and winters, droughts etc. do not now and have never persisted for days then weeks etc. to enable any organism to evolve "over time" even if that time is "billions and billions of years" to enable random/spontaneous to modify their DNA and their II to change their behaviors and internal processing mechanisms to gradually evolve into the HAM equipped plants and animals we observe today.

The Periodic Table is the primary source of all that powers our civilization, DNA continues to power our understanding of all organisms.

There are some concepts that are very familiar to anyone who is involved in the designing and building of products or systems, these concepts may not be very apparent to others regardless of their level of education.

Every designer and builder is familiar with RE-USABILITY and SCOPE.

Possibly due to the lack of knowledge of the use of "nuclein" in all life forms, it appears that the early framers of our current Theory of Evolution did not consider that possibly that like the protons, neutrons and electrons that are part of every element, that there may have been building blocks to Life that were reused.

Just as we re-use computer chips or the internal combustion engine in diverse machines, as explained more fully in book "The ESIS - Life's Logic Module", there is significant evidence that many of the "components" of Life are re-used, so the evidence of DNA being the "blueprint" of Life, there needed to be some investigation into whether what was being revealed was not organisms being "derived" from others but in fact could be examples of design, reusing previously developed models.

One clear example of intelligently defined scope, is from the observed difference in the DNA between humans and chimpanzees or the great apes, where even though there is great similarity and it is currently accepted that one was "derived" from the other, the intelligently defined "scope" ensures that (in spite of the work of all manners of scientists) "cross-breeding" is not feasible.

So the lack of accounting for intelligent design which would undoubtedly make use of re-usability and scope, we instead have these assertions of all life having descended from one ancestor based on random mutations with Natural Selection being the filter for all the perfection that is observable in Nature, this despite the fact that none of the literally millions of "inter species or missing links" have been found either in the archaeological record or anywhere currently in Nature.
