This week's episode was inspired by a beautiful conversation with a woman in her mid-fifties who reached out about wanting one-to-one sessions. She said that she feels there’s a gap between who she is now and who she knows she can be.

And I think so many of us know that feeling.

In this episode I explore the difference between moving through life from a place of not good enough, and the altogether different journey of stepping into the totality of who you are. They can look the same from the outside, but they feel very different. ‘Not good enough’ exhausts us, while stepping into our totality allows us to feel energised.

I also share why the peony roses blooming around our village here in southern Italy are the most perfect reminder of what it means to truly blossom.
