All of us have parts of the self we lock away, keep in a dungeon or behind a veil. Things we don't have the capacity or interest to look at, change, transmute right now.
Today I share when and how these things may come up out of the blue, and why they pop up when things are going well in life. What is the benefit of paying attention to these emotions and thoughts that, sometimes, seem unconnected to anything?
I also share how these trapped emotions, still hanging out inside us, could be effecting your womb space (yoni) or second chakra. How baggage in this area holds us back.

When we look deeply within ourselves, there are complications that come up. How to handle the emotions? How to handle the perceptions of self that were not anticipated? How do we integrate the versions of self we perceive there?
I propose that as women and vagina holders, that we specifically avert our gaze from noticing our menstrual blood, vagina and entire yoni (another word that means ALLL of the parts of your reproductive organs) because we've been conditioned to believe it is bad, gross and is powerless.
We are doing so much to counteract this, and it is beautiful.
I would like us to go deeper, and built positive relationships with our yoni's, to the point we can truly understand the power they hold.

Why should you track your period? All sorts of reasons!
Namely, no one should be surprised it's coming, and Secondly, There is so much useful information you find out about how you operate as a person with a uterus!
Today I go into the types of things you can track, using paper or an app.
I break things down into sections that you can track:
Medical/Period
Fertility
Sexual
Mood
Sleep
Spiritual
Symptoms
Other

I mentioned a book today:
Taking Charge of Your Fertility by Toni Weschler, MHP
It talks about the Fertility Awareness Method, which you can learn from this book, by taking classes or learning from a coach who teaches it. If you are going to use this method for getting pregnant or avoiding pregnancy, you need to fully learn the method. Listening to my podcast episodes will not be enough to learn it properly. I am not certified to teach this method, although I use it's principles for myself.

Please be aware when using period tracking app's if your app shares your personal information, on any level, with law enforcement or 3rd parties. This is especially important in USA states where abortion is now illegal. Remember that "Not only does this cause alarm for users who choose to have an abortion, but miscarriages, irregularities in menstrual cycles, and/or imperfect engagement with a period-tracking app have the potential to be mischaracterised as abortions." (Quote from above article.)

When my friend Sophie first mentioned that the USA has a different reaction to the feminine, and how the feminine wants to live, than other parts of the world, I was intrigued (and not surprised). You see, Sophie is Australian and has lived in several countries. So I deeply wanted to hear her thoughts on this.
With all the feminine energy that is coming at Mother Earth right now, the USA is going to have to respond to that in some way, and be able to incorporate it.
This conversation did not disappoint! We talked about what she noticed that was different about the divine feminine (and it's presence in our culture) as soon as she moved to the USA, as well as what she did to fill that feminine void she was experiencing. Hint: her action is in the title of this episode!

"It's an outdoor educational garden and play area for the community to learn to grow, harvest, and produce from the food that is grown from the earth. Right now we are raising funds. We are getting our fundraising formula together. The Arboretum is on Evergreen Hwy in Vancouver, WA off exit 4. It’s on the corner of Image Road and Evergreen Highway. It is open to the public. Please go down and have a look if you are interested. In the coming months we’ll have more to say about how we’re raising funds, what events are going to be happening and what is the plan for creating this educational garden to provide free education to the community.”

What the Divine Feminine needs to grow and live her best life is not the same as what the Divine Masculine needs.
I review and discuss, in a chatty way, the variety of things, behaviors, ways of being, relational practices and more that feed the Divine Feminine (D.F.). When the D.F. is diminished in a person, that D.F. needs to be brought back up to flourishing levels. Like topping it off!

The Divine Feminine has her own way of making choices. It's not in line with how society expects us to make choices, so sometimes it's misunderstood.
I'll go over 3 elements that contribute to how the Divine Feminine make choices, decisions and moves forward in life.
The first one is Flow. Simply being in the present moment and choosing what feels good in the moment, because the D.F. follows her heart!
Questions for you to ponder:
Do you notice which type of decision making model you're using, Divine Masculine or Divine Feminine?
Do you shy away from the Divine Feminine way? Why?
What would be the result in your life for yourself, and those around you, if you incorporated more of the Divine Feminine way of making decisions?

The Divine Feminine is still misunderstood, or even unknown, in so many places and by so many people. There are way too many ways to get knocked out of your Divine Feminine! You can make adjustments in your life to be more open to Divine Feminine. I look at stress (and some hidden forms of stress you may not realize matter) and perfectionism to name a few! All in all, I check out 5 different concepts that throw people out of their Divine Feminine.
