This Metta Meditation (also known as a Loving-Kindness Meditation) is a gentle, heart-centered practice designed to cultivate compassion, emotional warmth, and a sense of connection, both with yourself and others.
In this guided meditation, you’ll be invited to offer kind and supportive intentions inward, then gradually extend them outward. This practice is especially supportive for stress, anxiety, grief, emotional overwhelm, and periods of disconnection or self-criticism.
This meditation is perfect if you’re looking to:
- Feel more grounded and emotionally supported
- Cultivate self-compassion and empathy
- Calm the nervous system- Practice mindfulness for emotional healing
- End or begin your day with intention
You can practice this Metta Meditation seated, lying down, or in any position that feels comfortable and supportive.
