Did you ever hear of SOMA Breathwork? Niraj, the Founder of SOMA Breathwork, spent his mid-twenties as a ‘legal drug dealer’ and realized that his patients weren’t getting better, and he often saw the regular visitors prescribed more and more medication to counteract the negative side effects of the first drugs. Niraj found himself feeling unfulfilled and distraught -what he wanted to do was help to heal his community, but instead, he dealt prescription drugs.
As his stress built up, his own health worsened, and he was housebound with ulcerative colitis for nearly a year.
“There’s no cure,” said the doctors.
“You’ll need to take medication every day for the rest of your life.”
He had a choice to test a new drug or to have part of his colon removed. Niraj felt enough was enough and decided to do neither. Instead, he began his own real healing process, which included Ayurvedic practices, dietary changes, spiritual healing methods, and music therapy.
Today’s episode is about unlocking ancient and sacred knowledge to bring us to new awareness and healing to our hearts, minds, and bodies.
Niraj cast aside his traditional pharmaceutical background to empower people with knowledge, tools, and techniques to make positive and lasting changes in their lives, down to the cellular level.

This isn’t your mother’s episode on leadership. You’re a leader, whether you realize it or not. But are you ready to step into it?
We don’t need to look to the outside to become a one—true leadership is an expression from within that inspires, connects, and creates a powerful vision. Each one of us has the capacity for leadership, and we just need to know where it is that we are already doing that and align it with our most authentic selves.
In this episode, I host Erin Claire Jones, a previous guest on The Soul Frequency Podcast, who supports teams and leaders in performing at the top of their personal and professional game.
She built companies and she’s traveled all around the world as a startup consultant. She’s sought after by executives to help their teams operate more harmoniously. She’s conducted research on leadership. I can think of no better guest to talk about leadership.

Have you had a hangry moment? You know, like when you skipped breakfast and snapped at your partner over something small?
We’ve all been there, and since we’re heading into the holiday season—full of potential for food and drama—I thought I would dedicate an episode of The Soul Frequency Podcast to addressing the turkey and dressing and staying true to your highest alignment.
My guest on this episode is Dr. Brooke Kalanick. She was the Director of Health and Wellness for a chain of fitness centers in Seattle. While she was there, she created and implemented a wellness and weight loss program. After that, she moved to New York City and co-authored her first book. She’s been a guest on Martha Stewart Radio, featured in The New York Times, and is a consultant expert for a number of print and online publications, including iVillage, Women’s Health magazine, Fitness magazine, Oxygen, Allure, and Health magazine.
In 2014, Dr. Brooke met her professional soulmate, bestselling author, and creator of Everyday Paleo. Together, they have online coaching programs and a weekly podcast, and they wrote the book Hangry: 5 Simple Steps to Balance Your Hormones and Restore Your Joy.

There’s no one-size-fits-all solution when it comes to health and happiness. If you’d like some help in figuring out what works best for you – it’s called muscle testing. You’re a constantly evolving being, and what you needed last year might not be what you need this year, so why not test what’s good and right for you today?
This works for food, but it goes so far beyond that—and this is the mind-blowing stuff right here. In this podcast episode, you’re going to get step-by-step instruction on how to apply muscle testing in your own life for figuring out what your body (mind and soul, too!) needs right here, right now.
My guest in this episode is Lana Nelson, author of The Food Codes: Intuitive Eating for Every Body. Lana journeyed with chronic pain, fatigue, and the garden variety of ailments that so many people deal with. Through her determination to find the cause and solution, she’s turned it into her life’s work. It turns out the solution was food.
Today, Lana teaches people how to heal themselves with food. She’s a certified Emotion and Body Code Consultant, and she’s developed an easy technique to help anyone discover what foods are really good for them personally. In her work, she uses emotional clearing and energy healing techniques, as well as quantum biofeedback technology. She’s a licensed massage therapist and Reiki Master Teacher.
If you’re struggling with food, health, and emotional problems and want to discover your best path to health, then this episode is for you. Click that play button to learn more!
