Year after year, we eagerly awaited the fruit's arrival, questioning when it would grace our tree. After transitioning the house to a rental, our patience was rewarded. Last night, our renters messaged my wife – our dwarf citrus tree had finally borne fruit!

Reflecting on this journey, it's a poignant reminder of life's parallels. Like the tree, our endeavors require time, effort, and nurturing. Despite five fruitless years, we persevered, and our diligence paid off.

Lance Thonvold. We are bringing you a quick, powerful message from my conversation with my friend. 

I recently had a conversation with Jake about how limited we are when God gives us a play. Proverbs 34 reminds us of God's omnipotence, controlling the winds and oceans. Imagine the best football coach trying to teach Pop Warner players complex plays – it wouldn't make sense to them. Similarly, God, who controls all things, instructs us with plays that may seem beyond our understanding. It's okay to be scared; just get in alignment with God and run the play, even if it feels unfathomable. Don't call audibles; trust the Coach who controls the wind and oceans.

So, today, I challenge you to run the play God has set for you, even if it seems daunting. Don't let your limited mindset question His guidance. Remember, God's plays may not align with your character; they are designed to transform you. Embrace the fear, step out in faith, and let's make it happen! 🌱

Reflecting on 2023, even in struggles, God's hand was evident, shaping my faith. It's like a muscle – grows when you act in faith, especially when the path isn't clear. In April 2023, I aimed to speak at local schools. Dropped off donuts as the first play, even with uncertainties. Perry High School had no budget, but I offered to speak for free, leading to my biggest contract.

Have faith like a mustard seed. In Matthew 17:20, Jesus challenges disciples about faith without His physical presence. Faith is acting, believing even when unseen. You've got this right now. What's that one step you need to take?
