My guest on this episode is Prash Sharma, otherwise known as The Heartbreak Healer. Prash has been on the podcast before, but we had such a great conversation I just had to invite her back. Prash works with women who have just been through a separation, helping them to rediscover the parts of themselves they have forgotten and find their way out of the rabbit hole of guilt and shame it can be so easy to fall into after a relationship breaks down.
We discuss how Prash helps her clients to feel their emotions and then move forward. As she says, we give negative emotions such a bad name that we forget they are actually signposts in our life that are telling us what isn't working. A heartbreak or a negative emotion never killed anybody. Even when we think it will, it doesn't, and we can then turn that pain into something that makes our life better going forward.

My guest today is a very special person in my life. Her name is Michelle Ireand and she is the founder of SOULACY magazine and Soul Spark publishing. I first heard of SOULACY magazine two or three years ago now and it spoke to my soul on such a deep level that I know that this conversation is going to do the same for you.
Michelle’s approach to magazine editing doesn’t involve giving writers detailed briefs and restrictive word counts, instead she brings women together asking them to feel into what they want to write from their soul.
