• If you have a feather or fan, wave it to physically clear the space.

• Light a candle and take a moment to stare into the flame.
• Ask yourself: "What is awakening in me? What am I ready to step into?"
• Write down whatever comes up—trust that fire knows what's up.

3️⃣ Plant Your Seeds of Intention

• Hold a seed in your hand and whisper your intention into it.
• Plant it in soil and imagine it growing along with your vision.
• Blow gently over the soil to symbolize breathing life into your next steps.
