“Segment Intending” is the process whereby you define your intentions and wants for the next segment of your day that you are about to move into. It is a way to “pre-pave” your outcomes.

Mike describes how he uses this concept to organize his day in three ways:

2. Cut through the chaos and clarify your intentions for each segment
3. Focus your manifesting power in the here and now
