Being afraid is a human response and it is appropriate when in a harmful situation but when it comes to change let us all learn together how to let the fear fuel the unknown. Life is a journey. Many of you have heard me speak of life as such. During this journey you go down different paths/roads. Sometime you get to a fork in the road and now you have to make a choice of which way to go. You are unsure where either leads you. One road may have broken structures making you trip or even fall. The other may be smooth making for an even no stress stride. But both leads you to your destinations. In this episode I talk a little about life in chapters. it describes a rough road and how we choose to navigate it.

Hey everyone welcome to the soulful eclectic. This episode I will be talking about accountability and responsibility for self. I know some of us like to blame others for the things that have happened to us in our lives but truthfully how long are you going to allow someone the power over your life. Somethings we are responsible for, and we need to take accountability for what happens to us in our lives. Somethings we made the choice to tolerate, to do or to happen to us. Tonight I will share my peace.

Tiffany returns to talk about getting back on the saddle to entertain the possibility of love. This is a challenge when the one you vowed to spend forever with has left this world. It is a difficult episode for us both as Keena was a friend of mine and Tiffany's Wife. No one can tell us how to grieve and no one can determine when it is too soon to entertain a new romance. Many feel they have that right but grieving never ends we just learn to cope so that it doesn't stop us from living.

Tiffany is a dear friend of mine and we sit and talk about the road of being her authentic self and the challenges that she has had to face in her work life and in her personal life.

Tiffany: When I turned 30, some life-changing events took place and it truly was a transitional period for me, a shift in consciousness, a certain level of awareness never experienced before. I was reading a book by Bishop T.D Jakes called “Let It Go”. This was a very profound story that led me to the place and frame of mind that I am in, it was a story about Bishop Jakes and his son. It was after reading the story I had an AHH HA moment.

For the majority of my life, I beat myself up for not going to school at 18 years of age as most people do. I was ashamed of my decisions, I literally had allowed those choices to aid in molding my life it was a negative crutch. I had a pep talk with myself and came to terms with how at 18 it was not my time to go to school, I needed to stop comparing myself to others, and speaking so negatively, focus on things I had achieved with only a high school diploma. I had to focus on the fact that things happen differently for everyone and that I am experiencing what I am going through now because I have matured and Realized that in life it’s always about timing In all things.

Wow can your best of friends bring out your innermost parts or you. YES!! they can. I had a candid conversation with another one of my dearest friends and we talked candidly about our love life and communication with our spouses about sex and what we see sex as to us as women and as a couple. She has been married longer than I have but it is wonderful to know that she felt comfortable talking to me about their bedroom intimacy and I was just as comfortable sharing and being transparent. It is extremely valuable to have friends/sisters that you can share in that manner with. Please feel free to join the conversation

Hey everyone I want to welcome my friend fellow healthcare provider and Actor Mr Tony Privette. Tiny and and had a great conversation that i wanted to share talking about self, wellness and presenting your authentic self.

Bio:Growing up, I was just a small town boy living in a lonely world, like so many others having dreams of bigger and better things. I joined the Navy after high school and was stationed in San Diego. After 4 years of honorable service, I decided to exit the military and pursue my life long dream of becoming an actor. Many struggles along the way derailed my dream, and instead I focused on earning a degree in Psychology. After my bachelors, I went straight into the masters program for Human Behavior. Eventually, I will become a licensed therapist, obtain a doctorate and start my own practice. But for now, acting is my passion. I am finally putting 100% of myself into my craft in hopes of becoming a beacon of hope, ray of light, and a thing to laugh at/with for people around the world. I love helping people any way I can.

Get your head out of the gutter LOL. On your knees is about finding yourself down and instead of falling you are on your knees preparing to rise! I had an amazing conversation with a friend and we talked about being on your knees and how you scramble to get up. Some days it works well and some days ladies and Gentleman we need a hand. She was last seen in the movie, "Yellow Rose" distributed by Sony Pictures, where she played the protective mother of a teenager who was also an undocumented immigrant
