Hello you beautiful soul, and welcome back to The Soulful Self!
In this episode, we arrive at the center of it all — the Heart Chakra, or Anahata. This energy center bridges the physical and spiritual, connecting the lower chakras of the body with the higher chakras of spirit. It’s where love, compassion, forgiveness, and connection flow.
When your Heart Chakra is balanced, you experience love freely — for yourself, for others, and for life itself. You feel open, peaceful, and in harmony with the world around you. But when it’s blocked or wounded, it can show up as grief, resentment, loneliness, or difficulty trusting and receiving love.
Together, we’ll explore how to heal emotional wounds, release old pain, and open your heart to deeper compassion and self-love. You’ll also learn gentle practices to balance this energy — through breath, gratitude, and connection — so you can begin living from a place of openness and authenticity.
This episode is a reminder that love is your natural state of being. When you return to your heart, you return to your true essence.
