Today I dive into the four pillars of self and how you can use these pillars to create balance within your life, going into each pillar, what they represent and some tools you can use to create balance within these different areas of your life.

Hello you beautiful, beautiful souls, welcome back to another episode.

As well as 10 things you can do to help keep your light as bright as you can. It is so important that we can shine so bright and spread our light in this world.

Shine girl, SHINE. Thank you for being a light, and shine it as bright as you can. Don't let anyone else dull your sparkle or make you feel bad about being exactly who you came here to be. 

It okay to make people uncomfortable with how bright you are, it time people take a look in the mirror and do some self reflection.
