Every Christian is engaged in a battle with the enemies of God, in a war over their souls.  This is not a battle that we can see, as it is being fought in the spiritual realms, in the second heaven, from where these entities rule.  Agreement with sin gives them a place in our souls. Since we are now bought and paid for by the blood of Jesus, the power of iniquity has been broken. We can now come before God and petition Him for freedom from the reaping consequences of sin, based on the redemptive work of Christ on the Cross. All bondages, oppression, hindrances, and restrictions placed in our way by the enemy, and legally applied because of iniquity, sin, and generational curses, can be nullified through repentance, and holding fast to the finished work of Christ.  Join me in this Podcast and walk with me through the prayers at the end into freedom.

The Lord has said in His Word that we are to come boldly before His Throne! The Throne is the place of authority from where we rule and reign in Christ. It is therefore important that we learn to live from the Throne, from the heart of God. With God’s heart, mind, and authority, we can rule in all situations. We become God’s Kingdom representatives. It is time to get rid of the victim mentality and begin to identify with Christ as a ruler, in His power, authority and mandate. This is our inheritance.

God is raising up His Elishas for this hour who fearlessly follow wherever He leads.  He is preparing to release Elijah’s mantle upon a generation prepared in fire to run a race of fire—an Elijah generation who go before the Lord’s Presence. It is now time for an appointed generation to receive the mantle of Elijah and move out to become history makers. The warfare is about to ramp up and intensify as His Presence draws ever closer. A tsunami wave of God’s Presence is about to break over the Earth, a wave that will bring great turbulence, change and Glory.  As I was pondering this wave, I heard the Lord say to search the words wave and breaker and was both stunned and shaken by what I found.

God is looking for His sons and daughters to come forth in Glory – those He knew from before time as we have said. His intention is that they should begin to understand who they are in Him, begin to identify with Christ in His mandate of legislating the heavens, and rule with authority over all spheres of the earth in the power of the Holy Spirit.

“For as many as are led by the Spirit of God, these are the sons of God.”  Romans 8:14

The whole earth is in travail, waiting in expectation for the eyes of the sons and daughters to be opened to the truth that they are the sons of God! That they have been chosen before the foundation of the world…and they begin to step out in this Holy Call!

When Jesus was about to die and made the remarkable statement, “It is finished,” it was the cry of a Warrior, declaring the battle was won, and victory accomplished for all who would believe in Him! The work of Salvation was completed, and the provision of absolute victory was made for the fulfillment of the plan of God to be accomplished in the fullness of time!  In Jesus’ triumph, He was utterly victorious over Satan, completing the work of the stripping and removal of all his authority. However, a practical outworking of what Jesus accomplished on the Cross remains for the sons of God to enforce His victory and complete His work—just as He finished His Father’s work!

There are many faithful Christians who have been obedient to the principles of God’s Word regarding the giving of tithes and offerings yet have not seen the promises—some living in lack, having fallen into despair and perplexity. There can be many reasons for this, such as possible generational iniquity, and with prayer and seeking the Lord He will reveal the cause.
