Hazards like dehydration and heat stroke come to mind when talking about hunting in the Texas heat, but there are a lot more potential hazards to keep in mind when one may be out chasing hogs. On top of all the risks that come with summer time hog hunting, beating the clock on field dressing and cleaning your hog is another thing to factor in when dealing with the heat. Being prepared as a hunter is one thing, but being prepared as "hungry" hunter is another.
