And today I interview Sarah Francois, who is now finishing up her law school experience during the pandemic, and as you will be able to see, she is not only surviving but thriving. So when I saw Jim McKeown on LinkedIn, I asked him whether he is related to that guy Greg, and he said no. And there our relationship began. Sometimes, your relationships with different people happen in different ways, and sometimes it starts with a silly question. Don’t you love it? I do. Anyway, in this episode we talk about Jim’s journey through fatherhood and lawyerhood and how he is able to harmonize his life at home and at work, especially with the pandemic that, at the time of the recording, we don’t know of how it is going to unfold in the next few months. This is a question we often ask mothers but not fathers, and I loved hearing his story because fathers deserve some spotlight in the work they do, too.

Michelle Finch is a managing partner at Gravis Law, a large firm with locations all over the country.
