a truthful and raw examination of the purging of our shadows, traumas, etc and the disruption of life as we know it or life as we want it.

The purge, the release; right now is the most sacred part of this healing process of awakening but, it’s the one we want to bypass the most because it’s ugly, it’s imperfect, and it’s painful.

Ironically as much as we want to skip and fast forward to the good parts, the act of sitting with and releasing the pain that haunts us, is what creates the space to hold the life that we want to experience.

When we pivot from flirting with and engaging with the past and our past versions of ourselves, we are courageously choosing to close portals and divorce ourselves from the past, the suffering that we no longer need to revisit. By falling out of love (toxic or otherwise), you make space to fall in love with the new, the unknown, and TRUST that you will be supported in this landscape of creation.
