Have you ever asked yourself what thoughts are working in favor of the life you want to live and how you want to feel, and what thoughts are working against that?
This is one of the most powerful questions you can ever ask yourself to regain control of your mind so you can live a truly authentic and fulfilling life. This is the exact question that today's guest, Brooke Ansley, asked herself that led her to the powerful line of work that she does today. Brooke is a certified hypnotherapist and host of The Happy Body Podcast. Brooke's passion is to help women reconnect with their bodies and create sustainable health by interweaving the latest findings in neuroscience, behavioral science, mindfulness, and yogic principles.
Brooke aims to educate and empower her clients on the power of the subconscious mind to create holistic, positive change - mentally, emotionally, and physically.
From insight to integration: One way to integrate the insights you gleaned from our conversation can be to take a moment to reflect on the thoughts that are serving you well and those that aren't. Use this insight to make positive changes and create the life you desire.

In this episode we're discussing the 100% necessary and equally unsexy topic of delegation. If you are an entrepreneur, you know that not delegating is not an option. Still, you may not be doing it. The thought of it may add more overwhelm to your already overloaded mind. You may feel that it would be faster to do any of the tasks yourself, or it will take more time to teach someone how to do it right, or maybe you don't even know where to start.
No matter where you fall on the spectrum of delegation drudgery, you are in for major relief as I jump into an enlightening conversation with Valerie Trapunsky, CEO of Chatterboss.
ChatterBoss is the brainchild of Valerie, who founded the company in 2017 after a decade spent working as a top-level assistant for A-list celebrities and as the Chief of Staff for high-net-worth individuals and CEOs. During that time, Valerie developed a passion for effective problem-solving and became committed to bringing the same level of excellent service to solo entrepreneurs and small business owners.

If "Can I do this??" is keeping you from sharing your message, ideas, or gifts with the world, this episode was made for you. Consider it a pressure-valve releasing tip with an inspiring and supportive perspective shift that will keep you communicating from a place that is genuine, generous, and grounded no matter who you're talking to.
Any situation where you're more visible is going to create a flood of cortisol and adrenaline in your system; that's your body thinking it's doing you a favor to keep you safe. The thing is, having it take you down is not doing you or anyone else any favors. It's keeping you stuck in an exhausting mental inner monologue that you don't have time for anymore.
In this episode, I offer a way to flip your internal script that will boost your confidence, focus, and delivery.
Whether you're prepping for a dream job interview, ideal client pitch, amazing speaking opportunity, or an on-camera anything, this tip will be your mental floss to keep you clear, present, and confident.

This is a very special episode as I sit down with my dear friend, Lisa Meyers, to discuss everything from nourishing female friendships later in life, the unwavering support from family and friends that keep us afloat when taking courageous risks, and the path to rediscovering your magic so you can dive into the meaningful work that you came here to do.
Lisa Meyers has been an elementary school teacher for nearly 30 years and is now adding entrepreneurship to her list with her latest venture as the founder of the all-natural skincare line, R.T. Hawks. You'll immediately learn that Lisa exhibits what the most impactful leaders do best, showing that the wisest teachers are the most curious students. Lisa has an insatiable desire to understand herself and the interconnectedness of our world, specifically nature's contribution to our health and healing.
R.T. Hawks brings together Lisa's love of nature, healing, and relationships (as two close friends, illustrator and author Bernie Freytag and graphic and jewelry designer Luciann Gould, were instrumental in creating R.T.'s logo).
Please sit back, relax, and enjoy our conversation.

There's nothing juicier than being in on something. Everybody loves to be "in" on something, whether it be the secret, the know, or the loop; your audience is no different.
In this episode, I share one of my favorite tips on calming nerves and boosting engagement and focus.
This is genuine generosity at its finest. Give this tip a test run and take notice of your energy. If it's boosted, you know you're on the right track. Enthusiasm is contagious, and passion is paramount. If you're not engaged with what you're saying, we won't be either.
