    The more challenging our circumstances, the harder it is sometimes to live for Jesus. A lost job, a failing marriage, an emotional struggle, a seemingly impossible temptation. I like to call these situations wilderness seasons. Those periods in life where you just don’t think you will make it and where you feel you have already lost before you’ve even tried. I’ve been there. We all have. And Jesus has been there too.

    I believe that I shall look upon the goodness of the Lord in the land of the living! Wait for the Lord: be strong, and let your heart take courage; wait for the Lord!” (Psalm 27:13-14 ESV) Be strong and let your heart take courage. View your battle with eyes of faith, and wait with confidence in the Lord.
    PRAY
    Heavenly Father, You are working and moving in my life on a daily basis. Thank You, God. When progress in my situation seems at a standstill, please help me to look forward in faith to see Your goodness in the outcome. I love you, Lord. In Jesus Christ’s Name, I pray. Amen.
