This quote got me to thinking about energy and how we tend to casually discuss it in social settings to express ourselves and what we like to surround ourselves with. I think exploring the likes of your energy and being cautious of the energy you put out there and interact with is very important. So in this solo interview, I ramble on intentionally about how I relate to the 'energy' we so often speak of and what I do to protect mine!
