1st slowly drink warm water (1 litre) if you can with lemon. Then put on your favourite music and dance. Try to do moves you have never ever done before… let me give you an example. .. Personally I’ve done every morning ritual you can imagine. And by far the best is this one. Just notice how great you feel after doing it. 5 min of this can break most bad moods I’ve found.

This is what I learnt today. To surrender the struggle and fight. We may have a plan but the sooner we give in to our plan and let the divine work though us, it's plan is way more magnificent than we could have ever dreamed of. This is the constant battle and it's a fight we can never win. We must let go of the ours and let the river take us there. We just have to sit back and enjoy the journey. To use your whole brain. Myth that we use 10% of our brain..(I think the person who came up with that was using 10% of his brain). We think we use 10% of our brain. Well we can use whole brain by thinking holistically, firing off new pathways. Brain gym, crossing hands, feet because it crosses the midpoint (causing the right and left to work in harmony) Hemi sync also does this. Ground, cross arms and legs and put on some hemi sync. Be mindful.

Have you ever wondered what went on in the mind of the greatest geniuses in the world like Davinci, Eienstien, Mozart, and Tesla?

Well I think the answer can be found here. There is a great school in Russia.. they have a saying.. When you open your heart you become a genius and anything is possible.

I love this notion because when we can access this heart opened state, we sing, and dance what we need to learn, problems are washed away, and are blissful explorations into the unknown, and by being in joy, we increase our learning speed, and jump deeper down the rabbit hole, coming out the other end in total awe and holistic understanding in what we just learnt.

Even if you clean toiles, this can work for you. You’ll go to work with new found youthfulness, joy, and inner self love, that the world out there is merely your playground. There are no limits, we access the limitless, we become limitless.
