Do you know yourself or do you just think you do? Most of us really have not meet ourselves outside of our concept of who we think we are. We see ourselves on the surface, we justify our actions. We limit our happiness, our success, our understanding and the health of our relationships with others. Through self-discovery, we can become aware of changes we can make that can have dramatic positive influences in our lives. We can only meet others as deeply as we have met ourselves.

 We all have moments or times in our life where it seems like what we are facing will always affect us with the same amount of emotion it is manifesting now. Surviving the moment can sometimes seem an impossible feat but it is as easy or as difficult as we make it. We can make it through troubled times with grace.

Empathy, introversion, isolation and connection Empathy, introversion, isolation and connection are tied together more than some would like to admit. Because some people are empathetic but have not actually managed to regulate the flood of emotions caused by others, they become increasingly introverted, which leads isolation. However, this isolation can actually become a source of connection.

Letting go is as difficult or as easy as we make it. Often times many of us unknowingly pursue our own sources of misery by trying to hold on to people places, or things, not meant for us. Letting go means no expectations and accepting outcomes as what they are.

What is the difference between Existing Vs Living? It is substantial. Ross explains the differences and states that he has done both. Which is more fulfilling?
