It’s been one year since I published the first episode of this spiritual shitshow — and in this episode, I’m sharing my story. The story that led to its creation and the journey that led me on the healing and spiritual path.

It’s a story I’ve carried for a long time — one that shaped me in ways I’m still unraveling. And while it’s deeply personal, I know I’m not alone. That’s why I want to share it.
