We had a great time this week with Chris Licata, AKA Sleeves, AKA the Red Baron. He had some great perspective on sports jog and shared stories about his time working with the Rams and Patriots. We also did some more wacky food debates and dug into the green notebook and the mind of Troy Spivey and played grab bag.

It was our dad's 60th birthday this week and we decided to honor him by sharing some stories and introducing everyone to some Spiveyisms. We also discussed the week in sports including the Astros getting eliminated, Lebron winning number 4 and Dak's gruesome injury.
