Russ 'the voice' Bray is best known as a darts referee for the PDC, his '180' is recognised by darts fans across the world, he has been part of some of the greatest matches ever.

We learn more about the man himself, including his talents as a high jumper and footballer before spending many years working for the Met police force.

Russ tells us how he got into darts and the utopia moment when he got the offer to work for the PDC.

Ollie and Lewis welcome Henry Paul to the pod.

Henry is a former international dual code rugby player. Henry represented New Zealand in rugby league and England in rugby union. He once held the world record for the most consecutive kicks on the field. Henry still holds the record of kicking the most goals in a Super League season with 178 for Bradford back in 2001 and the record for the most goals in a game, being 14, when playing for Bradford in 2000.

Henry played in two great rugby league sides, Wigan Warriors (94-98) and Bradford Bulls (98-01) before moving across to rugby union, playing in a Gloucester side that were national champions.

Simon is the CEO of ONEHOCKEY, a company based in the North of England delivering hockey to adults and juniors for performance and recreational purposes.

Ollie is a Sports Performance Nutritionist (SENr). He runs his own business OWNutrition, working with elite athletes including professional jockeys, a football academy, elite university scholars and private clients.

Karen is a former Filipino Archer, and an advocate for Women in Sport.

Graeme is a former elite Tennis player. Growing up in the North East of England, Graeme took a scholarship opportunity to play Tennis at University in the USA.

Tom is a former professional footballer, playing over 400 games across ten different clubs starting at Leeds United, captaining Grimsby and retiring at Northampton. He has played for coaches such as Brian Kidd, Chris Wilder and Ronnie Moore.
