Grant Roelofsen has worked hard to climb the ranks of cricket. After being very successful during his schooling carer, Grant was awarded with selection in the SA Schools team for two years in a row and has gone on to be an asset for his current team, the Dolphins.
Grant is consistently impressing all those around him and it is a pleasure to watch his career unfold.
Ryan Kankowski, former Sharks, Springboks, Red Hurricanes and Toyota Verblitz rugby player caught up with TSE to discuss the British and Irish Lions tour as well as life in Japan and his current involvement in e-gaming.

Shane Ball had an impressive school career at Westville Boys' High School. Shane, who plays fullback, is working ever hard on his game and after spending some time at The Sharks Academy and playing in the Portuguese premiership, Shane will now be representing the South Western Districts in the Currie Cup. Shane is steadily building his career after a serious injury held his career back.
Hein Kriek who is the Technical Director for the Netherlands national rugby team has enjoyed his career as he has moved up the rugby ranks successfully. Hein coached at school boy level in the Western Cape and was also coach of the Western Cape team at Craven Week.
Hein spoke about rugby in the Netherlands and how the rugby programme is doing overall.
Marcel Coetzee, Maritzburg College Old Boy, started his professional career with The Sharks but has settled in Germany where he represents the national team in 7's and 15-man rugby. His main focus, however, has been with the 7's team.
Marcel also touched on what he is currently studying and how he finds living life the German way.
Zenay Jordaan fell in love with the game of rugby at a young age and has never turned back. Zenay is arguably the most impressive rugby player to play for the Springbok Women's team as her career spans just over 13 years.
After attending school in Glencoe, KwaZulu-Natal in the form of Sarel Cilliers High School, Sipha "Steyn" Dube has followed his love for the game of rugby which has seen him play his profession in France for club, Saint-Denis. Sipha has worked hard to get where he is and has ambitions to play in the French Top 14. He also assists the community where he can and has his eye on a few projects of his.
Daryn Dupavillon has proven that through hard work and determination, anything is possible. Daryn first represented KZN Inland in First-Class cricket and not long after that, received a call up to the Dolphins. Through his efforts and determination, he has now represented South Africa in cricket. After sustaining an injury and things looked bleak for his career, Daryn persisted and now is making serious contributions in the cricket world.
Ngoni has done amazing things for the game of rugby. Not only in the way he interacts with others but how he continues to embrace every challenge that he may face and how he goes about handling it. Ngoni has started his own academy in Zimbabwe (Hearts of Stone Rugby Academy) which is growing steadily and are hoping for more competitions to participate in. Ngoni is also a player for the Zimbabwe Sevens team and currently plays for Tomitanii Constanta in Romania.
Lee has an impressive sporting career as he has fantastic times for the 60m, 100m, 200m and 400m sprints and is also very handy when it comes to rugby, specifically Rugby Sevens. Lee is a believer in hard work and his personal training programme is testament to that.
