From The Commanders to the Spiders, the former Richmond running back checks-in with Bob to talk about how Washington is getting ready for the start of the regular season in just two weeks.

The Commanders received some positive news today with tight end Logan Thomas, however in typical Commander style, this came after plenty of not so good news. Mitch spent some time in Kansas City where Patrick Mahomes & the Chiefs had zero problems with the Commanders. This is a defense that hasn't forced a punt in two preseason outings.

After a quick baseball scoreboard update Bob is joined by Greg Madia to start the second hour to talk UVA football. Then, we hear from former VMI and now Richmond Spider wide receiver Jakob Herres. Bob closes out the show with a couple interesting dates for he and all Philly fans this fall.

Jakob is no stranger to FCS football or FCS football in Virginia. Jakob spent his first four years with the VMI Keydets. Today he chatted with Bob about his expectations of the Spiders offense and overall squad this year.

Deshaun Watson's punishment has been adjusted and Bob is making sure not to live in a bubble. Then, we hear from Ron Rivera and Commanders Special Teams Coordinator Nate Kaczor. Later, Bob gives his thoughts on where the Big Ten will be broadcasting their games.

Jamie and Robert bring you the top news stories of the day, including Lebron James signing an extension with the Lakers. Then, they continue their new tradition.
