The SportsGrid Fantasy Football Show

Dane Martinez, Scott Engel, and Jake Ciely are your daily morning RotoExperts! Dane and Scott open the show talking about the excitement of getting ready for football season, with Scott citing his first fantasy football magazine of the year, and Dane starting to get hit up for draft questions. Going over to baseball, Scott mentions how Eddie Rosario could thank his big play of late to his family showing up to games. The guys talk about possible landing spots for now free agent Hanley Ramirez, includung the Rockies, Mariners, and Angels. Scott is at the park with Cubs first baseman, Anthony Rizzo, who talks about keeping a strong mentality, and how getting walks is a formula for success at the plate. Jake and Dane talk about how the Cavs need more help if they want to beat the Warriors (not happening). Going over to football, Jake and Dane look at the Lions backfield, wondering if Legarrette Blount will be the lead back, or if he will be in a committee with Theo Riddick. Looking at the Face of Baseball bracket, #8 Albert Pujols is pit against #9 Clayton Kershaw, and Jake argues that Pujols should not only have a higher seeding, but compared to Kershaw, the numbers aren't close.

Dane Martinez, Scott Engel, and Jake Ciely are your daily morning RotoExperts. We are in the month of June, and Dane and Scott are looking at the top players as we turn the calendar. Dane asks Scott if the future of pitching rotations will move to 6-man rotations. Scott and Dane look at some injury updates, including Rhys Hoskins and David Wright. Jake joins the show, and opens up asking if LeBron James should be held responsible for bringing JR Smith to Cleveland in the first place. Looking at some fantasy football, Dane and Jake question what to do with Devontae Parker, though Jake says to take Kenny Stills over Parker. Jake says Kevin White has a ceiling comparison to Terrell Owens, but says to look elsewhere, possible Corey Davis (calling him a top 30 WR for 2018).

Dane Martinez, Scott Engel, and Jake Ciely are your morning RotoExperts. Dane and Scott get your ready for the Memorial Day Weekend talking about how baseball has gotten away from pitchers trying to go for complete games, as well as less hitters going for sacrifice bunts (Dane says Mike Trout has NEVER made a sacrifice bunt). The possible call-up of Vlad Guerrero Jr. has Dane ask the trivia question, which former MLB stars have kids playing somewhere in the MLB system. Jake does not like the fact that people are not surprised by the Brewers being in first place. Going over to football, the guys question if Tavon Austin is an underrated signing by the Cowboys. Dane reveals the seeding for the "Face of MLB" Tournament.
