The Spotlight Series

Joining me once again on The Spotlight Series, the one & only Matt Tremont! It's been about a year since me and Matt really sat down and talked. A LOT has happened since then and we cover all of it in this episode. Leaving OPW, pushing H20, Once In A Lifetime, Onita, Japan, Cody Rhodes, EVERYTHING!!! This is truly a MUST LISTEN. Check it out.

Can you smell it in the air? It is DEATH MATCH SEASON!!! With GCW's Tournament Of Survival this weekend we felt it was only right to watch a couple death matches and react accordingly. Feel free to watch along or just listening to our nonsense.

This week I am joined by Chicagoland native & Mid West stand out Pat Monix. I pride myself on giving the future of Pro Wrestling a platform to tell their story. Pat does just that. He talks about how video games sparked his fandom and takes us through his humble beginnings in wrestling all the way up to the present day. A lot to learn here. Everyday is a phase, work hard daily because we are all just a project that needs to grow, be polished and fine tuned. I truly believe in Project M.O.N.I.X. You should too.

This week I am joined by a returning guest. He is one of the best kept secrets in the Tri State area. He is the always cool but rude (not that rude ya sickos)...Bad Apple Matt Macintosh. This convo was very fun because we were legit just catching up and bullshitting. Sit back and be a fly on the wall as we run our mouths. Enjoy!

Joining me this week is Simon Grimm. He is a former NXT Tag Team Champion as one half of The Vaudevillains & formerly known as Simon Gotch during his time with WWE. A lot gets covered in this conversation so pay attention because you aren't gonna want to miss any thing. Check it out!

This week I am joined by the "Family Food Dude" Eric Koenreich or in a past life the 2 time FIP World Heavyweight and former Ring of Honor star Erick Stevens. This is a bit of a different vibe but I really think this conversation shows that there is life after wrestling. A great life at that! Eric talks about how he first discovered pro wrestling and how that transitioned into him diving into the business. Then we get into how and why he stepped away from wrestling and what he's been up to as of late. He is as real as it gets and is flourishing with his new passions and endeavors including being a dad and husband. This is a must listen! Check it out!

This week I am joined by The Human Bottle Rocket himself "Kinetic" Cole Radrick! I love this episode. Flat out. This kid gave me life and inspired me in a big way. He is fun in the ring and deserves more eyes on him. His story is unique and relatable at the same time. He is the new wave. Mark my words. Check it out. Must LISTEN!

This week I am joined by one of the hottest rising talents in wrestling today...he is "Young Fuego" Adrian Quest! I really enjoyed this convo with Adrian because it was so much more than just wrestling. We talk street wear, Hip Hop, vintage Chevy Impalas and some wrestling. This man is a go getter and a true inspiration. If you want something bad enough go out and learn how to do it right and then work that much harder to achieve at a high level. Expect to hear the name Adrian Quest a lot more in the future. Check it out!

We are BACK from vacation and the best way to do it is the New York way.

We are back with another BIG episode! This week I'm joined by former 3 time WWF World Tag Team Champion Pierre Carl Ouellet or simply just PCO. This is a very in depth conversation about Pierre's start in Pro Wrestling and the struggles he faced. There is a lot to be learned from someone who has been as many places as Pierre. Keep you ears open and on April 6th keep you eyes open because he will be competing on one of the biggest shows of the year Joey Janela's Spring Break 2!
