  • #108 - Tuning into Your Mind, Body & Breath with Jambo Dragon
Today's guest will give you a dose of peace of mind through yoga, meditation, and bodywork. Jambo Dragon blew me away with his extensive knowledge of bodywork regarding acupuncture, acupressure and much more. It’s literally what he studied and went to school for. He also helped open up a new dimension of thought for me about the importance and impact of breath work, he really shifted my whole outlook on it. It’s beautiful, he truly believes that what he’s doing is his exact purpose and meaning of his life. When you can connect with, tap into, and share space with someone like that it’s really special. • #107 - Learn How to Thrive and Expand in Your Comfort Zone with CEO of Power of Positivity Kristen Butler
Welcome back the first ever returning guest on the podcast! Kristen Butler is the CEO of Power of Positivity which has an online community of over 50 million! She’s been spreading positivity online for over a decade. She’s also the Author of her new book, The Comfort Zone: Create a Life You Really Love with Less Stress and More Flow. I love this title and idea behind this book because it’s not the definition that we’re used to or hear most commonly, Kristen brings a new perspective to the concept of your comfort zone. She relates it to balanced action or being in a state of flow also referred to when someone says they’re “in the zone”. She will help you thrive in and expand your comfort zone. She also talks about her daily self-care practices that are practical and so much more.IG: @positivekristen@powerofpositivityBuy Kristen's new book "The Comfort Zone" : https://www.amazon.com/Comfort-Zone-Create-Really-Stress-ebook/dp/B0BCP2Y48Q?ref_=ast_author_mpbhttps://positivekristen.comwww.powerofpositivity.com

  • #106 - Remember to Love by Releasing All Thoughts of Separation
Join me in this episode as we take a deeper look into one of my favorite quotes of all time from the book Conversations with God by Neale Donald Walsch. "Eliminate violence and remember to love. And the key to this formula, the fastest and most powerful way to make it work. Is to release yourself at last from the imprisonment of your thoughts about separation. You are not separate from anything, not from each other, not from any other form of life, and not from god. So it comes down to this…eliminate violence and remember to love by releasing all thoughts of separation."@justincourt_@spreadlovemovement_https://linktr.ee/spreadlove.movementhttps://www.spreadlovemovement.co/

  • #105 - How to Increase Optimism and Happiness with Dr. Deepika Chopra

Todays guest is the Optimism Doctor, Deepika Chopra. She’s also the creator of Things are Looking Up, a brand that’s committed to creating and curating well made goods rooted in holistic, science based practices with the mindful intention to increase optimism & happiness. Deepika firmly believes that being optimistic doesn’t mean being super happy and positive all the time. The 2 words she equates most with optimism are resiliency and curiosity. She goes in depth about why she sees optimism in these ways and I think you’ll love it just as much as I do. During the episode she gives tools you can practice to be more optimistic, daily exercises to bring more joy into your life, and she talks about how acts of kindness can be a very effective tool to help combat depression.

  • #104 - Raising Our Collective Consciousness to One of Love with Sabastian Enges
This is one of the most aligned and like-hearted conversations I’ve ever had on the podcast. And it’s with an entrepreneur, performance coach, and CEO of a global consulting agency. Sabastian Enges has an amazing outlook and mindset about life, and it all resides in love. During our convo we connect on such a high level, we truly see each other, and we share a common purpose for our existence - to help, serve, guide, and raise our collective consciousness to one of love. In the episode we talk about surrendering to the illusion of separateness, not being offended by someone when you’re in a good place, removing the obstacles in your life that are stopping you from experiencing love on a daily basis, and that the greatest gift you can give someone is working on yourself and your own personal development. We also talk about more existential topics rooted in creating more love in ourselves and the world.https://sabastianenges.com/IG: @sabastianengesYoutube: https://www.youtube.com/c/SabastianEngesTikTok: @sabastianenges

  • #103 - From Heart Failure to Heart Success Elise Jones Encourages You to Share Your Heart

I feel like the episodes just keep getting more vulnerable and real by guests being totally open about their hardships and their relentless desire to create beauty and positively through it. That doesn’t take anything away from their pain, it’s both. One doesn’t exist without the other. This episode is absolutely no different. Elise Jones is a yoga therapist who’s living with chronic heart failure and encourages you to share your heart. She runs Utah Yoga & Wellness which offers classes, retreats, yoga therapy, roller fitness and aerial yoga. Elise goes in deep about living with chronic heart failure and though of course it can be extremely challenging, she chooses joy and counts the blessings that also come from it.

  • #102 - Being Kind Through Sustainably Made Clothing with Matt Hickey

Be Kind Vibes is inspiring kindness and compassion for people and our planet through sustainably made clothing. The Founder, Matt Hickey, is on a mission to spread messages of love and kindness throughout the world and he’s making sure he does it ethically through using organic and recycled materials with Mother Earth in mind. With every purchase they plant one tree in California to help in reforestation efforts and Matt is working on new ideas of how they can give back and help our planet even more. Sustainable clothing is still somewhat new, at least to me, and during the episode Matt does a great job educating and informing about the creation process and 2 key things he looks at to make sure the products he’s using benefit us and our planet. Among other things we also talk about other toxic free products and though it’s a privilege to use them, as the consumer we have the power to evoke real change.

  • #100 - Competing in Ms. Great Britain Makeup Free & Living Your Truth with Elle Seline

    IG: @elleselineofficial

    Youtube & Facebook: Elle Seline

Today’s guest is the first woman to compete in Ms. Great Britain totally makeup free. Yup makeup free and that’s really not the norm in these competitions. It took a tremendous amount of courage and self-love to this, especially to be the first. During the episode, Elle Seline shares her journey on making the decision to compete without makeup, what inspired her to do so, and how it all went. Elle will help you shine and encourage you to live as your true self. Something that I love most about Elle is that she’s incredibly vulnerable, real, and genuinely her truest self, and it really shows. She’s open about the sexual abuse and lack of self-love she experienced as a child. And now she wants to be the person for young girls that she needed when she was their age to help them heal, grow, and love themselves fully.
